Winner will provide Tyro Firearms with FFL information via e-mail after the winner is selected and coordination will be made for the firearm to be shipped to that location. Winner is responsible for any transfer fees if there are any, however Tyro Firearms will pay for the shipping.
If a winner is selected that is deemed ineligible then a secondary winner will be chosen and this will continue until an eligible winner is selected.
If for any reason the winner of the firearm fails to provide transfer information in a timely manner (1 Week from announcement) then a new winner will be selected.
Prohibited or ineligible people from winning the firearm:

-People identified as a Prohibited Person as per the ATF’s definition:
