Second Sunday of Advent Homily 

I can sing this song very well before but sometimes i may forget some of the word but pag may tamang kasabay na nagaawit i can sing this song very well. I learned this when i was in Grade I for i played the part of the Blessed Virgen Mary in our Nativity Play during our Christmas prog program. But i cried during the exchanging of gifts for i did not receive any and later given two pieces of soda crackers wrapped only in a piece of grade I paper. Mother wrapped the gift in a christmas paper with ribbons for me as my gift for exchange but when my number comes there was no gift for me so i looked at everyone but there's nobody gave until later i receive the crackers i hide in my desk and cried. The following morning i received a box from my teacher a box with bath soap and other biscuits and candies for my siblings to share. While i was crying that time i saw my teacher teary eyed pareho pala kaming iyakin she became my Ninang for i made her my witness during my.wedding day and she was the one who conducted the seminar for pre-cana and she was also before a Mother of Perpetual Help devotee. Thats why during my cries i consoled myself before praying the rosary 《that was when my children was still young )i will say i know Lord you are only making me strong sa mga hardships that i knew will come into my life. Looking at my young children helped and encouraged me to rise up and say the Rosary talking to the Lord and asking Him to Help me carry the cross that life has bring to me. Galit, takot at hirap sa buhay at lungkot ang nagpapatibay sa akin sa aking pananampalataya at ang mga anak ko, parents at mga kapatid ay.nagbibigay naman ng saya dahil katulong ko sila. Kaya ano man ang dagok at pagsubok sa buhay tinatanggap ko na at pinasasalamatan ko na dahil ang lahat ng mga kadahilanan sa buhay natin ang magpatibay sa atin para lumigaya. Welcome Jesus our Savior and Redeemer of the world. Merry Christmas.

Amen. Bishop Ambo. Thank you. Whatever one has sown will reap good harvest. But sometimes when tempest come many can be destructed or maybe affected but those who really have learned and received fully even if he was drifted away will always come home to the Lord and the to the sower of the Word of God to thank them fully and rejoice with them . Pau go back to the prison cell even if He was successful already because He knew the cell to Him was His real home where he has grown and groomed that's why faithfulness remain and he went back to thanked and altogether rejoiced with them.What Pau has reaped was gratefully returned to them. Like me who learned from you the patience i have developed after encountering with all of you telling the love of God and all the goodness of His heart and all other virtues we learned and spread together in which i humbled down myself sharing shameful moments about the truth of the saddest and darkest moments of my life just to shed light that Jesus exists in our hearts when we embrace His love thru His sufferings for humanity. Now i am grateful and i thanked all of you but most of all to God whom i really to choose to become the director of my life that directs us us all to control what is not good in us and do away with the sinfulness so grace and goodness of God will remain in our hearts. So we will all rejoce of His coming this Christmas. December 25 is Chritmas so we will welcome God joyfully rejoicing for there is already the love of God in our hearts. God is good all the time. And i knew no matter how little we have done it will stir us up and the world. Even songs and stories in videos are all Godly ending beautifully with moral lessons what our loving God wanted us to be. Goodness will overcome all evils. Thank you Lord, thank you all my brothers and sisters in Christ( Pope Francis, Cardinal Tagle and all Cardinals, Abp Soc , Bishop Ambo, and all other Bishops, Priest like Fr. Dave Concepcion, Fr. Bing Arellano, Fr. Fidel Roura, Fr. Franz Dizon, Fr. Chris Alar, Fr. Altman, Fr. Orbos, Monsignor Bongoyan and all other priests and the clergy, evangelizers on your shared videos, fb and etc. In Manila, Bohol, Cebu, Davao, Negros Oriental and in Bayawan City the place where i was born and grown and served as as a simple educator and in other parts of the country, at EWTN, Divine Mercy Church in Haiti and other parts of the world in videos, fb and etc and gospel songs and even romantic songs i've opened, watched and liked and shared and to my dear children and family who for many long years had been obedient to me inspite of disagreements for opening my eyes to see that they were old enough to take care of themselves, relatives, my students before whom some became a close friend of me treating eachothrr as barkadas during vacant hours and all my friends and all the people of the world who liked and even disliked me in my comments and some reactions that sometimes lead me to confusions from the bottom of my heart i thanked you all and everbody will remain as my friend in this humble heart. Sorry for those who had been affected with my being a virus to all until now i have a hard time managing my phone but I have great hope that the HOLY TRINITY thru the Divine Son JESUS wih the intercession of the Blessed Virgen Mary, with all the angels and saints touched your heart and soul allow the love of God remain in your heart that will make us put into practice all the virtues we learned, stand for it inspite of the devastation ofthat COVID19 pandemic has brought us we will continue to be strong in our faith in God for the devastation and destruction both natural and manmade has allow us to rise up from falling. Let us make Jesus Christ our Lord alive in us by being obedient to His Word and all His teachings, receive all the sacraments needed specially the Baptism, Confirmation, and most often the Holy Eucharist with all our heart, our soul and follow it by actual practice. Listen carefully to the Word of God and follow Jesus with the Blessed Virgen Mary as our intercessor and with all the good works of all the angels and saints. Let us follow their way of life before and what good it teaches us, share it to others so we gather more men and make our church grow bigger than ever ( the church is all of us the follower of God making Jesus as the center of our life that comprises the church) let us allow God's love to prevail in our hearts and allow the Holy Spirit to strenghten us and light the path and led us to Salvation to gain Eternal Life in His Kingdom in Heaven.

Bishop Ambo always puts the gospel in historical perspectivve & relates a relevant story such ss the boy raised by prisoners & recites with nostalgia the song "Whispering Hope" as the best song for Advent. Yes.We used to sing Whispering Hope when I was in grade 6, and we sing this also for carolling. I remembered the song quite well that I can't help but shed my tears just when I heard it today, Thanks Bishop Ambo. Your message of hope is very clear. I will put this in my heart. God bless us all.
