Elle you should watch The Chatwins from Utah USA. They have 5 children under the age of 4. Cara is the mom and she did an excellent video about what to take to the hospital and after childbirth personal care. Super informative on how to take care of your lady area after giving birth. Congratulations to you both!!

2nd trimester is considered the easiest, so that’s why it tends to go the fastest. Don’t think of 37 as full term, it will drive you crazy. Have a peaceful bit of time off.

Walking is such good all round exercise and the fresh air is great for one’s mental health. I love that you aren’t all stressed about weight while pregnant. You are growing a human. I gained loads of weight with my first, and next to nothing with my second. I was far more worried when I didn’t gain much weight and they were born within ounces of each other. And while my body changed, I pretty much went back to my pre pregnancy weight within 6-8 months. You look fab! Take care of yourself over the next few difficult weeks. Your Mum is so proud of you. xoxo

I wasn't worried about giving birth for any of my births at all. Of course I was a bit worried about the complications that may arise but I wasn't worried about the pain etc. I just breathed through it all with my supportive husband. I had 3 vaginal births with no pain relief. My last birth was 45 mins from start to finish and I believe it's because I was relaxed, calm and let my body do what it needed to do! Xxx

Honestly stretch marks will come if they come, I used oils throughout my first and second trimester and then during my 3rd trimester I got stretch marks terribly which I haven’t had since I was a teenager. The midwife said if I had them during the beginning of my teens I was more likely to get them no matter what but at the end of the day that’s a reminder I grew my baby ☺️

I just found out a few days ago I'm 21 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I didnt even know, crazy to think iv been watching your pregnancy journey not knowing I'm around about the same xx

I really think you do need to look into all options I was like you all calm and wanted everything plain sailing and honestly the north was completely opposite and ended in section and cos I never prepared for that i dealt with the trauma difficulties after birth when I wasn’t prepared for the long haul of healing and being a new mum and running a house so please look into all options, I also never knew my pain management or what I could get and epidural wasn’t for me it never worked so please look into it all not just the nice things as u might get a wake up call near the time xx

The idea I may not have a baby, breaks my heart, seeing people being so happy before their bundle of joys have even arrived fills me with so much joy 🥲

I had an anterior placenta and my partner didn’t feel any kicks until I was about 28 weeks... I was feeling movements from 18 weeks and proper kicks around 23 weeks, but I used to get so annoyed when my partner didn’t feel the kicks 😂!

Not sure if this is just an old wives tale but heartburn is meant to indicate that the baby will be born with hair, I had it bad with my daughter who was 7 weeks premature and she had lots of hair!
