@@henniannariina5877 they are praying dear to the one and only god named “Allah” and they are are standing in this order facing the direction of al KAABA 🕋 in mekka almukarama KSA according to our messenger MOHAMMED peace be upon him , and we are as muslims praying 5 times a day every day …

I been going to the gym regularly this month while fasting plus taking classes at the gym too. I do it early morning not too long after Suhoor. Let me tell u it’s not that bad at all! It’s alll mental! I get a little thirsty but it’s not so bad. I do strength training as well as cardio (sprinting). I’m 42 so if I can do it, so can you! The hardest part for me is sweating with hijab on but it’s not so hard at all!!! Best of luck.

Awwww thanks so much! That means a lot coming from an Asad girl!!! Like you ladies, I started working out in my early 20s and have been consistent over the years....I am reaping the benefits now in my 40s. Don’t ever stop your work out regiments ladies! Exercise has kept me sane over all of life’s curveballs! Lots of love to your family! 💕

I love how you and Loren are showing snippets of y’all’s prayers. I’ve never seen anything like it before so it’s very interesting! My assumption was that everyone prays separately / maybe sharing the same room, but it seems like during Ramadan it’s done together (?). It looks (and sounds) beautiful. try using a wide tooth comb to brush out damp hair. I have very little fall out after washing my hair because of that. Love your vlogs!

Dua After you break your fast - - - ( you may eat date and drink some water then say this Dua) Zahabadh-dhama'u wabtallatil-urooqu, wa thabatal-ajru inshaa-Allaahu Meaning : The thirst has gone and the veins are quenched, and reward is confirmed, if Allah wills. (Abu Dawud 2/306)
