This is amazing. I wish they'd record an entire album of stuff like this. I like the dissonance and noise and soundtrack stuff too but I love the instrumental stuff the best.

Yes, it's a special orchestral keyed gusli invented by Nikolay Petrovich Fomin in the beginning of the XX century. It's an extremely rare type of gusli.
