Great video! The test mode is very useful, thank you. Do you know if there is any test for the sensor embeded in the top button? (I have an Active 2), that sensor is used for reading the ECG it doesn't seem to work in my watch, so I'd like to test it. Thanx again.

Hi! Did you find a way to test the sensor in the top button? I'm having trouble using the ECG test. The graph goes crazy, up and down and then resets the test and asks me to press the sensor again...

Having problem with the wireless charging and ran the diagnostic and it is showing all 0's. Not connecting. Tried 3 different charging ports, still no charging. Even replace battery, so I get power but still no charging. Is it time for a new watch?

Are you moving the watch during the test? The test should be done without movement, if you move it it'll show FAIL

Hi do you have any video about galaxy watch altimeter problem. By tracking run gps shows good route but elevation is bad. I reset and calibrate watches but still not ok. Thanks.

I did the test, thanks for the instruction! The only feature not working is my heart rate monitor, which is odd because my green light sensor works fine and passed the test. This is the reason I looked for this video, no longer tracks my heart rate which makes the sleep recorder not work. I already factory reset. I replaced the sensor once about a year ago and it works fine. Any ideas? Thank you 😊

Question I'm unable to get into the test mode. I can dial the *# and so forth but nothing happens. Wondering if you have any experience of this. Reason I ask because the watch has shown that the watch is experiencing that it is hot and went into airplane mode for a bit and then returned to normal after a bit again. So you know that the watch is brand new 3 days old and I happen to be on a call when this happened and lost the call also. Any Suggestion would be appreciated.

Thanks for watching and comment. That is strange you should be able to enter the secret dialer. I would say give a reboot and if not a reset and see if you are able to enter the test mode. I did a hard reset and nothing. I think this watch is a lemon. As we are texting back to you not able to... I currently can get the dialer I *#0*# and the watch screen on the top half blinks but the screen remains the same with the dialer to remain in place. Not sure. My whole purpose is to see if it has a problem, because it had a overheat screen show and went into airplane mode for bit and so forth. I figured to try a reset. Verizon suggests to return it. Unless you might have a trick or tip. I might have no choice to return the watch. Which is a bummer...

Do you know if there is any way to turn on the SO2 sensor for the Galaxy Watch Active 2? I heard that it has the hardware, but for some reason Samsung turned it off.

Hi, after watching your vid I decided to checkout the diagnostic mode. After entering the code I tried the first few tests but then got stuck on the accelorameter screen. I was unable to go fwd or back and had to switch off my watch in order to reset. Is there a reason why this happened

Thank you for this video... Now I probably know the reason why my Galaxy Watch 46mm can't track my sleep anymore or barely "wake up" the screen when moving my hand up to see the time... (It also goes in sleep-mode from time to time, even when using it...) The barometer-sensor is totaly dead... Absolutely no readings... All other sensors, functions, etc., shows "normally" behaivor. What's funny is, that this is my second Galaxy Watch (Got a new one on the warranty within one year) since the first one did exactly the same.. I don't remember the readings on the old one, but IF I remember correct, it did pass all test... But it's now about two years ago... So this one has lasted longer... Unfortunately, I'm done with Samsung, since their prroducts isn't what it used to be.. (Like all other manufactures.) But their watches (Samsung Gear S (had three) & Galaxy Watch (had two)) isn't that durable... (Biggest problem on the Gear S was the charger, though...)

My galaxy watch active 2 call speker volume is too low. What will i do. I cleaned up my speaker grill and everything is fine no traces of dust inside it but i am getting too low volume. Can anybody help to get out of this situation. Thanks

put it on charger then it will flip when you change the smartwatch orientation to upside down, then you can touch on where touchscreen is faulty.

On my Galaxy watch 42mm Most of the Sensors are not working (accelerometer, barometer, gyroscope, heart rate) is this a software problem that can be fixed or should I check it on a store

Hi! Could you test the ECG? My Ecg monitor goes crazy. the graph goes up and down super fast and then the test resets and asks me to rest my finger on the sensor again 😔

@@vidstube thanks for the reply. I did see the video and saw the sensor test but in that field it does not show GPS or steps. I was wondering if there is another menu for those things.

@@mils232 Thanks no there is no other menu for checking them out. Usually with the GPS in the menu as shown in the video you should be able to get the co-ordinates after few mins provided you are not in a concrete basement ;) and for the steps if the accelerometer & gyroscope is working the step counter should work too. Are you having issues with them? just wondering :)

@@vidstube yes. I noticed during a walking session the tracker on watch recorded less distance and steps then the one on the phone during a test of a 1 mile walk. It also seems to depend if you're hand is moving as you walk or stationary like In a pocket or on a stroller. So I wanted to test the GPS speratly and see if this a software or hardwhere issue with the watch.

After a year and 3 months after buying my galaxy active 2, the touch screen start failing. It does not recognize the down bottons: just the one I need (*,0,#) is the a other way to do it ...does this have a solution? It is sad and dissapointed that a smartwatch not that old and not the cheapest one start presenting this issue just for a year use. NEED HELP, dont want to loose my money 😔
