Hi Rajiv , In 2000 when I was watching a movie Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gum at Mangala Theatre balcony , your father was sitting on my right. My father told me he is Rahul Bajaj. This was around 21 years back and I was around 15 years old.

Rajiv Bajaj is so matter of factly, so honest in speaking about relationships with his Dad. I admire his decisions in changing from scooters to bikes to making Bajaj Auto global is his credit !!! His tie ups with Kawasaki, KT and Triumph motorcycles are great feathers to his cap !!! His disciple in practising yoga and homoeopathy personally .

Dear mr Rajiv Bajaj, I have with great interest read your secret dairy and must say it was very inspiring and thought proving. in this young age you were so clear of your goals and professional approach in handing day to day problems with giving freedom to head of department and the confidence you had on their competence.This is the right way to get the best of them by having confidence on them. I was lucky to have an opportunity to work for Bajaj Auto for two years I.e Yr 73/75 under the leadership of late Rahulkumar Bajaj.i relish my association with Bajaj Auto till date. I worked as Sr engineer in Gear shop as I specialised in Gear manufacturing with Leyland motors U.k. . I am sure in your leadership Bajaj Auto will reach higher height and continue to be the leader in Motor bike manufacturing. We were looking forward to see Bajaj four wheeler on the road at effortsble price and common man can afford,but unfortunately it was dropped for the reason not known.
