Great series Starlo. Especially as I live down here. Hope you enjoyed the beauty of this great state. Makes me feel fortunate to live here again after a 20 year stint in WA. The upper Scamander system produces some of the biggest blue nose bream I've ever seen... Thanks mate.
What is it about those southern black bream that has me sitting here in Darwin in the midst of early runoff season planning my next few weeks of barra trips but at the same time wishing I was in Tassie chasing these bruisers! i've been bricked harder and faster in that creek at Ansons than anywhere else i reckon!

Fun-tastic video good sir! I really miss my Tassie fishing back home, (stuck in Europe at the moment). I only ever fished Anson's once and it was winter and we didn't see a fish all weekend, probably explains why. Anyway, must go back there and chase some of those thumpers with the fly rod :) Would you suggest a shrimp pattern works best for bream and/or trevally? Thanks for the video again :)
