A lot of great players say put your forehead or chin on the opponent's head to give extra pressure whereas Andre connects his chin with his own hand.

It all needs to be done as fast as possible. If the guy wont lift his chin then you throw a hard, vicious slice under his chin with your thumb as the blade. Do that as hard and as fast as you can and most people wont know whats going on until they wake up later. Even then they might have a fuzzy account of it...

One way is to bridge and push your head to the opposite side from the choking arm and try to get your shoulders to the mat. Then you try to turn into the person and go on top.

It´s not easy but the earlier you start the defense usually the more chance you have of it working.
