Another great vid as always but I have a question for you. Do you know if there is a way to get reminders from assistant on watch?Was a problem on older Wear Os watches and now this one. It worked for maybe first hour I installed assistant. I'm back to Bixby till this feature works. If you don't know then it most likely can't be done. 😅

Hi I have a Samsung watch 4, I have got Google assistant on it working fine but the outgoing voice keeps breaking up, any idea what is wrong, Bixby outgoing voice is ok, love your videos. Anthony

So I have noticed the issue with the Google assist seems to be because the side loaded version I had installed was still on my watch with the new updated version Samsung released and it was actually running with the release version almost battling each other. If you have the previous version on your watch......Uninstall it. Those that had to do hard reset erased that version that's why they experienced no issues afterwards. Just unistall your previous version and reboot.

Great video as always, but is there anyway to access the Google Assistant Agenda like Wear OS 2.x had? Similar to a phone, while on Watch face you could swipe right and see your daily agenda, weather, traffic delays, and other tidbits. The Galaxy Watch 4 has Notifications in this location, but since G Assistant is an add on I’m not sure it even supports the Assistant Agenda (if I’m even calling it the proper term). I did find this useful on more than a few occasions, especially for things like traffic delays before work or even close to leaving work in case there had been an accident and traffic was re-routed, what my upcoming day is like for meetings and so forth. I know some of these features (like Weather) now exist as tiles, so perhaps Wear OS 3 is just ditching the Google Assistant Agenda (or whatever the right swipe was called in Wear OS 2.x) to a left swipe to the Tiles? I have found that Google Routines are not Supported on the watch, also several apps that I use Google Assistant on my phone are reported as not supported on this device.

I bought W4 in Russia which means there was no bixby in it, and now there's no GA appears in the playstore search whatsoever. So, is there anyway to get or an apk available so that I install through my phone or pc over the wifi debugging method?

In my country Romania, in Bucharest i dont have this Google Assistant to install in my Google play store, for my GW 4 44mm...sad :( .

I am setting up assistant on watch 4 classic but getting error 'make sure Bluetooth is turned on watch and phone and watch is closer to the phone' my phone and watch are already connected..

The watch still sucks the battery and lack of features is why I returned mine. I love Samsung products, Galaxy S8 Plus and S20 Ultra 512gb. I really wanted to like the watch, to gimmicky and lack of features 😕 May pick up the GW5. I only had the wifi version maybe the cellular is better however I read the battery is even worse on cellular model and it overheats and turns off. 🤔

I really like GA. I have a problem with my GW4, can you help me out? So my watch disconnected randomly from my phone. I opened up the galaxy wearable app and the whole GW4 page was gone. It looks like my phone (a22 android 11) just forgot about my GW4. Now i need to reconnect it to my phone but then my GW4 says that all the data will be deleted. Is there a way i can fix this without deleting my GW4 data?

Woke up this morning to find google assistant already on my watch 4, but when I try to setup on phone it says that your regions language is not supported on your galaxy watch 4

Have Samsung Galaxy S10 with Android 12 installed. After installing Google Assistant, watch 4 unpaired from phone. Had to reset watch to pair with phone. Tried twice. Same issue. Seen threads on the internet with people having the same problem. Samsung needs to provide a fix.

My watch is in surbian my phone is too and the hey Google promt dose not work ..

Its terrible to release it after all the time and with such bugs. GA cannot open apps (instead of Spotify on phone, but it plays random even tho I say what to play). Its also not working/not even there for my language, so I cannot call, navigate, google, etc anything specific since google will never identify what I want...

As soon as I added google assistant to my watch, I lost connection with my watch. Tried everything. Restarted both. Watch said new phone trying to connect. Only option was to reset watch. Lost everything. Still trying to get everything back the ay I had it. Very frustrating. Then this morning I got the UI 4.1 update. Was that part of the problem? Ugh!

Anybody getting the same problem i am getting when setting up the Google assistant app. The phone keeps saying connecting to watch .... then I get check to see if your Bluetooth settings are correct and try again. Where app says it is connected.

Wow thank you so much! I couldn't figure out how to turn up the volume on the Google assistant when I loaded on my watch after I saw it was available on your last video. The volume is now much easier to hear what its saying!

the last thing Samsung need to do to fix the watch is let you reprogam the long press for Samsung Pay. Yes you can access google pay else where, but they've effectively made one function useless. It's especially bad as Samsung pay isn't supported everywhere so I can't use it even if i wanted to.
