I think the answer to coin ingestion would be esophagoscopy as the coin is stuck in the esophagus as in AP VIEW it is round in shape. Please confirm this answer…????

If AD is 2/3rd it doesn’t necessarily mean that AR is 1/3rd because Mendelian contains XLR and XLD, so 1/3rd of inheritance will be shared between the three. So A is the right answer… ?

Thank you very much sir. one more q.....can i take half of tablet of 0.25 lonazep for insomnia night before the exam....half of 0.25 to avoid drawsiness? I know its stupid q...but please guide. thank you again sir.🙂

If you are not habituated it's not advised. I was habituated with clonazepam when I had insomnia so I took. If habituated you can or psychiatrist adviced . If you feel drowsy or still not slept take Crocin pain relief it works Marvel for me atleast and a Pan 40 or Omeg .

PSGN- Subepithelial , RPGN-messangial found in pearls table.. Which is correct?

RPGN are of 3 types, anti GBM , immune complex and pauci immune, so in PSGN prog to RPGN it would be obviously subepithelial

Ac won't be there rest not much diff , I gave in a peripheral centre with no ac and the net was also lagging twice I had to click to mark and option sometimes. But you have to keep your calm during the exam.
