But to convince your brain that you can recall is the main issue. When you close your eyes and tries to recall by visually it's effective but provided ki aapko ye mindset rakhna hoga ki yaad aa jayega. Aur ye mindset kaise develop kare, bahot bar yaad karte samay dimak me related chijoke saath confusion create hota hai kuki mindset apposite me jaa raha hai 🙄. Butt sir aapne jo kaha wo to mai pahle hi karta tha.
