Thank you for being gentle with the singing bowl and metal bars. I'm very sensitive to vibrational sound. It can actually cause anxiety and panic if the vibrations are too aggressive. It makes me feel like the walls will crumble and an earthquake will start. Silly I know, but a lot of people get this sensation. You did it very well and I could actually enjoy it, thank you.

i’m so sorry for the loss you feel. the stoics believed that nothing and no one truly belongs to us, that everything/one we are blessed with is being lent to us and eventually must be returned. this doesn’t take away from the grief that is associated with going on longer than those we love, but it can perhaps make it feel more natural. remember to be gentle with yourself during this time, there is no rush to get through the equally natural mourning period. because there will always be a scar but you can only try to make sure it scars beautifully rather than badly. remember that healing is inevitable. and i hope you come to that inevitable, on your own time, with affection for what was … instead of bitterness for what no longer is. i will keep you in the most positive of my thoughts to hopefully give you some, somehow

The chime you have reminds me of when I first learned how to meditate. The guy that taught me would ding it at the end of our session and it would fill the room with sound. I always liked that part cause it gave me tingles. Also I like your dress.
