I used to live about 2,3 hours away from this location. I’ve seen these beaches - it’s extremely remote and wild. Very rural and very small communities. You’ll never see people from the cities etc in these parts. The waters are so rough and there’s signs on the beach that says “do not swim, shark infested waters”. If the sharks don’t get you, the violent water surely will. The numbers are also probably much higher as well but do not get reported or people are declared “missing” instead. Can’t think how anyone sees these spots and decides to go swimming.

True. I'm fairly certain that the 100 percent fatality rate is because of the remoteness.

@@samanthamorena3585 That's true. If you go somewhere where there have been shark attacks already, you should realise that there is nothing special about you that will stop the shark from eating you. Swim where there are shark nets. That said, in many cases people are attacked in an area where others have been swimming safely, so their brains are usually only getting safety signals prior to the attack. When it comes to people with fancy beach houses, I don't think you can really say the samw, though; unless they are somewhere where incredibly violent storms happen regularly, they can't really be expected to have the foresight to build storm-proof houses, and there's not much you can do about the weather.

İ hate videos like this where they say they dont know why sharks are doing this...ill tell you why and its common sense....these areas have wild animals on or near them or sharks are breeding in these areas! From what we know about sharks are that they are extremely territorial and when they breed....the males are violent and the females are hungry...more than usual because they have been impregnated....this is all common sense! Why people have not shut down these beaches are beyond comprehension...there is no reason why people should be swimming in the ocean period. We are the problem...not the sharks! Sharks are just doing what is natural and instinctual to them. Here is some knowledge for everyone thinking about going swimming anywhere near sharks...if you see a shark coming near you, do not swim away from it.... especially splashing around like a buffoon...splashing causes instinctual predatory responses. So as much as you want to react in that situation, you need to act and face the shark eye to eye...their noses are extremely sensitive and a poke to the eye or heavy impact to the nose will cause it to flee! 👍 👍 👍 So dont be a dummy...be safe out there folks..😂😂😂

people really need to understand people go missing all the time and if i had to assume something that looks like its a master secretive hunter i would say its a shark. not only do they look it but they attack in a guerilla style from down up unlike most things in the ocean. i wouldnt be suprised if they have the intelligence to determine whether food sources dry up when too many of the same species witness attacks. i think they attack more than we think but they wait til your either WAAAAAAY out or deadset alone where nobody would watch you. i dont buy the whole mistake thing. im pretty sure thats proported based on early research into the field of sharks and hasnt been proven nor disproven and thus your left with a bunch of talking heads spouting shit without realizing it infact if you call em out for it they think your the one who cant think rationally or intelligently or emotionally or even mere associatively which is your prime survival mechanism being to associate SIZE/MOTION as potential threat. i dont know something that feels more threatening than a shark appearing out of the blue in the ocean.

Nearly every shark video pushes the idea that sharks aren't interested in humans etc. So why nearly all shark videos mention shark attacks. Let's be honest they are interested in us and unless you net all beaches and kill all sharks it will continue despite people brainwashing us with nonsense. I say leave them alone and go in at your own risk and people swimming with these beautiful creatures and showing it to the world don't do us any favours. We have become part of the food chain.

Right. I can reel off a ton of examples where people have been eaten alive by Sharks, and sharks coming back repeatedly to feast or finish the job . USS Indianapolis atleast 500 people were eaten either alive or eaten after drowning. Matawan Creek. The survivor from the Reef movie based on a true story....where his party were targetted by a shark who took them one by one. Sharks are not misunderstood. Not all attacks are created equal. Some are exploratory, some are to neutralise a threat to ensure they have the area to themselves, and some are hunger, and some are thinking we're seals by accident. But just like in any dangerous situation humans have to be cautious. Walk in a alley alone at night, not recommended, camping where there's bears, walking next to a swamp, visiting a lions den, swimming in the ocean at feeding hours. We leave ourselves open to predators where we are at the bottom of the food chain. Just like in the above situations it's not certain that a bad outcome will happen but the odds increase exponentially. Sharks have been around since the dinosaurs as finely tuned hunting machine perfection. Humans are arrogant. We don't need marine biologists telling us all these scientific reasons...if you put yourself in or around where there's a Great White shark 🦈 you're playing the odds whether it wants to come say hi or not. Sometimes it isn't interested, sometimes it is. If it's interested you ain't leaving the encounter intact. Simple as.

"The reasons are unknown""" Really? Sharks are predators. Some of them are really big predators. It takes very little activity for the large predators to kill a human. Sometimes this happens, because they need to eat, and sometimes even an investigation bite, is so massive the victim dies. After all, while in the ocean, humans are out of their element, and are the easiest to catch out of everything in that water.

My first question would be where have the sharks come from? Sharks roam large distances, they dont just stay in one place. If this beach is a feeding spot they visit, where on their journey is it? ifthe sharks have just crossed open ocean for example, they will be very hungry, which would explain why they predate at a high rate.

Its extremely misleading to make statements claiming theres suddenly multiple incidents where sharks have deviated their menu to human, when (tragically 🙏🏽💗) only one person was never seen again. Bullies are extremely territorial and will show dominance if space isn't respected, if you are mostly above water, unfortunately sometimes this is the result. Its also never suggested to swim in areas of murky water, because your movements can be misread by these apex predators who are following their normal prey. Juvenile/sub adult whites are still monstrous in comparison to humans. Im 5. Ft and 80lbs, i most definitely could be swallowed up accidentally by inexperienced hunters or any 10-20ft ton of shark. Their menu hasn't deviated, our habits and their habitats have. Idk why it was such a shock to see any of these breeds especially where they commonly live. It sounds horrible, but loosing a limb and bleedtout after getting to shore means you weren't a menu item. We kill enough needed wildlife based on misinformation and fear don't you think?

With so many different sharks in the water, I'm surprised there isn't more attacks, 6 people attacked by sharks within 5 or 6 years isn't what I would call 100% death rate, in fact I would call that a very low rate. The water is infested with sharks because there's plenty for them to eat, not because people go swimming. What I'm surprised at is so many different kinds of sharks are swimming together.
