I have onions in the freezer I intend to do this with, but I have to wait until I can be home and put it outside because I don't want my house to smell like onions and garlic lol. I dehydrate mushrooms all the time. I don't always turn them into a powder though. I will add them to a pizza all the time and they are perfect for it. I've also turned green pepper into a powder to flavor things because my husband doesn't like big chunks of peppers, but he likes the flavor. Love those jars and those lids will be very helpful

You will love the flavor, Carol! It's much stronger and so much more natural than storebought. No pain in my foot, but plenty of swelling. 😔 I'm elevating it! 😁
A silicon pastry brush works great for cleaning out the grinder. It doesn't hold the smell/taste of the vegetables like a bristle brush one does. I got mine at the Dollar Store and just keep it with my spice grinder.
