You can do it on ps4 by calling in a coldren and put boosters on the side and when your at the bottom of the ocean your camera will teleport to the top of the ocean then teleport back down then use the hover board to get there faster so you don't drown find the hole and you have found the Easter egg but you have to be quick

Genius Croissant. Not many times has someone said something before i ever did it but you actually did. Sadly it took me several months to find this trick on my own. If u have the Dare Devils of Destruction DLC and go on that island and shot cows with the cow gun they will turn into the main enemy from Just Cause 3😯(I shot white cows, I dont know if it makes a difference)
