All depends on how you look at things. A nice gold ring will pay for a detector with one find. I always look at my equipment as an investment for future finds 😎

@@adventurearchaeology you're right on that, at one time I had eight detectors at the same time. When I got into it, I always figured I should spend a little bit more and get the next best thing. Right now the only one that I have remaining is a Tesoro Cibola, I still wish I had my Vaquero and I really liked the Whites MXT. 👍

Is this machine fully waterproof like the one you use i creeks or do you have to get one specifically for water use?

I think it was announced a little over a year ago. They are very high end machines but for the Virginia red clay the pulse machine was a necessity!
