Gwyneth Paltrow has got to be basing her character on the Auntie Mame character Gloria Upson played by Joanna Barnes. She looks like her and especially sounds like her. One of the best characters in the movie.

Bombay Pam and the Flatbread Gang sound like good people! I wouldn't mind having all that naan they're making. Also, good imitation of the pseudo-Arabic music Bollywood producers loved to use in the 2000s!
