Secretary Clinton's Message for International Roma Day 2009 

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton shares a message of hope on International Roma Day. April 8, 2009 marks the 19th annual commemoration of International Roma Day. Established in 1990 at the conference of the International Roma Union, the day is an opportunity to call attention to the history, experience and human rights concerns of one of Europes largest ethnic minorities.
