That’s what a diplomat should do. You don’t give the adversaries an impression that we don’t care about their tantrums.. You make them think that they got our attention. And then, we use what they really care about the most to get them to stop not just their bad behavior but all other bad actors for us. It’s more effective that way

I do agree Blinkin has been one of Biden's worst people. I expected him to be better than this. Him and secretary Austin.
