2023 was such an eventful year for us! One of the major events was our wedding in the stunning New Zealand!
But also we started our full time vanlife venture. BUT! it hasn't been all butterflies and roses...

I'm am so proud of the progress The Sand Van has made in 2023! Even this video has great pacing and plenty of B-roll; outstanding! You can definitely see the evolution of the channel, the marriage between you two (Congrats again), and all of the amazing adventures! I joined the channel in 2023, and I have loved every video. With our great British weather, it has done nothing but rain for 3 months, so despite being retired, I've enrolled on a nursing agency and am going to do a couple of shifts a week. I just got so fed up with the weather. I can't wait for your international travel. I've been to Japan twice, fleeting visits. One in 1966, yeah, I can't remember. Then, on a cruise in 2016, I visited Nagasaki ground zero. Sombre place. So I'm looking forward to your travels. Happy New Year.

Gosh what a whirlwind year! It all passed so quickly. I love all of your videos but I especially loved the New Zealand videos. I don't think I've seen a more beautiful country- just the perfect place for your amazing wedding ❤ I have a place in my heart for Worzel, a slow but faithful steed. 🥂 Here's to many more amazing memory making adventures! The pod was really cute, but agree, way to small to live in. You saw some beautiful scenery. Best Wishes on your wedding! How nice that you had a house sit that had a place to work on the van. So sorry you had all the things go wrong! I would never be able to handle sitting and eating at a place called Vertigo. 2024 sounds exciting. We look forward to following you on your travels!
