My mother loved Johnny Taylor and his music , she never went to his concert. But one day I was walking at the Exxon Store in Mt . Pleasant Texas and Johnny came into the store to buy something to eat . I fixed him two chili dogs . He looked like someone that I knew , but I couldn't figure out who he was . Then another man came in and he said that he wanted what Johnny got , I said Johnny who . He replied Johnny Taylor I told the man that I would be right back , I ran to Johnny's black Mercedes and knocked on his window with a pen and note pad I told him that my mother loved him and I needed his signature for her . He signed his name and he wrote to Annette a beautiful lady . My mother kept this autograph on her refrigerator until her death in 1999 .

Johnnie knew these kids were his...he just didn't take care of them! He spoke to Fallon and ADMITTED he was her dad...but stepped away because her mother had gotten married. He nurtured TJ's music career, took him on the road with him and had him around his family throughout his life. And he was on Chiffon's BIRTH CERTIFICATE! So he knew ALL of them. He was a handsome man with plenty of options and he fathered all the children that stepped up...as was their RIGHT. DNA DOESN'T LIE. Sabrina was asked NOT to give another sample...so the one Johnnie doted on wasn't even his! KARMA.

The lousy judge took way too long to draw up the Judgment when the DNA tests were already concluded and there was nothing else left to be investigated in order to finalize the judgment. She stalled enabling creditors to continually compound the estate with interests and fees. What a miscarriage of justice on her part, but certainty not surprising.

Yup ! They still had to wait over a year to get the DNA results in the mail after already having had them in court the last time they were all there ! What a horrible judge, that was absolutely so unnecessary, to make them still wait one year and one month to get the test results in the mail when she already had them in her hands the last time they were all in court, I think she did that on purpose for what ever her evil reasons might have been !

JT for having all those children with different women, not establishing paternity( both JT and the mother’s fault), and not drawing up a will. This is a shame! He didn’t want his secrets to be known while he was alive and he figured they will find out when I’m gone. Left his estate to all of them so they can fight over it. They would have done better handling through arbitration.

Of course she did. I believe any women knows who the father is or could be. You sleep around n if in that month you slept with three four you still know n then you dna all of them. I do one who had tested 3 n not one was yet we believe there might be one that wasn't tested n even thou she said that could be the father csuse there were no more n if course now that one has passed away but i think n sense n seen picture of the grandma looks like him. Also i see when the one was younget i see the side view n shape of face as the one guy. In time he will get tested thru family members n we see if not then idk but i still say we as women have know or have an idea who we slept with. I remember this from years ago. Floyd needed to understand that he didn't get to gate keep who was Taylor's children. JT's DNA decides who his children were, not the feelings of other children, or even JT's opinion on the matter. He was all of their father, whether he participated in their lives or not. The shame, if any, is on the great entertainer JT, certainly not on the children he sired.

@davidw5731, I Know it’s Not Floyd,s Say,but it is his Say to Whether he wants to accept them or not ,And as far as Johnnie Taylor it does matter whether a man accepts you as his child ,because they all know that he did not accept them,So it does matter whether you are accepted or not,because I cannot imagine knowing my father never wanted me,knowing he laid down and made me and went on about his business,So yes it does matter whether he participated in their lives or not,and if it does Not matter then that just lets you know that they was just after money in the first place.

@@janetboggs3004I suspect that was something JT had to answer for on his judgement day. These kids probably didn't go after him because they were proud to be his children and wanted to be acknowledged. If they had just wanted money, they could have sued him while he was still alive and his property was in his control. They could have sold their story to the tabloids. They could have gone on Oprah's show and embarrassed him in front of the nation. They had far more tools to go after him if money was the only objective while he was still living.

@@davidw5731 I do not agree with that ,them being proud to be his children,If a man made you on a night stand and saw your mom only one time the night he hit & run on her and saw or spoke to her again ,Would ,and did,nt care if you living or what ,Tell me Would you be proud you was his child,does not even make sense ,and if they wanted to be acknowledge ,instead of staying in hiding for 40 years,to be acknowledge you have to know each other makes no sense,That was Not the reason they did Not come forward,I really don,t know what it was,but common sense will tell you that was not the reason,And they are Such Liars and done told so many Lies Nobody will never know,because there is No Truth in these people.

@@janetboggs3004You are victim blaming. They did not choose for JT to be their father. He made them of his own free will, and he had a responsibility to provide for them. The children had zero choice in the matter. They could have exposed him for the celebrity deadbeat dad that he was in their cases. They should have took him to court for neglecting them the moment DNA was available. If anything, they waited too long to step forward.

45:29 Sir, you are too old to sit there and say “the courts gave you siblings”. No, your Papa who was a rolling stone gave you those siblings. It irritates my soul when I hear and see people reject siblings that there mom or dad (usually the dad) has in and kept as a secret. Out of everyone it is NOT that siblings fault. They had no say in being born or not. It’s so egregious to mistreat them just because you didn’t know about them. Why be angry and resentful towards them? If anything, you should have sympathy for them that they didn’t get a chance to really know their father, siblings, aunts/uncles, grandparents, even great grandparents in some cases, and cousins… when you did know them, and were loved by them. Humans can be so weird sometimes. SMH 😒

If my father didn’t say they was his children, then why should the courts give ‘em to us? I don’t think that was right. I don’t think that was right at all.” Anyone wondering what manner of man Johnnie Taylor was can find the answer right there in his son that he raised. Look into the other children who had their father in their lives growing up. And the one who THOUGHT she had her father in her life, which suits her right. The lack of character, humility, dismissive, intentionally unfair, unhelpful uncaring and unkind, in their personalities speaks volumes about him. The 3 heirs that he abandoned should feel blessed. He did a great favor to them by not being in their lives.

What people forget is that he was a kid that started making money and he was HUMAN. He learned as he got older but he didn't have those children alone. It takes two. Give the man grace and let the family work it out.
