My answer would be that only you know. Your thinking might be that you should be in control of it, everything in balance. As my husband says though, "most men can't control their D**k!"😂 So long as it's a healthy appetite and you are in control, have at it! It's only a problem if it's on your mind all the time and dominating your life. Perhaps a male would be able to give you some better advice. Hopefully someone comments.💙

Humbling myself to vulnerably ask: Would it be beneficial for me to absorb my husband's seminal fluid during my sunsign-moon-time considering that I am able to preserve mine? Especially since he is a Taurus and I am a Gemini... He would have his preserved and all "supercharged" up during his sunsign-moon-time, then right after I go into preservation....and absorb his supercharged preservation?... or maybe not? Since he already re-absorbed it during his preservation? Makes me think of 1 Corinthians 7ish "Do not deprive each other except by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control."

Kelly, what about us men who have had a vasectomy? How does this apply? If I had a vasectomy does this mean I am “preserving my semen” by default? (I ask with humility and respect as I appreciate you) thank you SO MUCH!

A vasectomy only stops sperm from getting into the seminal fluid. The fluid is still produced and ejaculated as before. The sperm is also still produced, but is re absorbed into the body because it has nowhere else to go. Sperm is only a tiny percentage of the volume of seminal fluid, so basically things are no different after a vasectomy, in regard to this preservation process.

Yes "Retention " is good but is there not an argument for say after 6months to have the body regenerate thereby allowing the whole body to be completely cleaned out and to produce a fresh regeneration process from the start..please can you advise me on this angle that I haven't seen being covered..❤🌍

Thanks for another very informative video Kelly! This was a great one and so important! I want share my testimony sometime, but keep putting it off for some reason. I have been stressed at work lately, and need to find something better, but I have been putting that off too. Please keep me in your prayers. I feel very stuck. I do have a few suggestions for future videos though. I wonder if you could tell us more about the eyes? The difference between the right and left, how rubbing the eyes can stimulate the flow of lymph and energy. And perhaps also the importance of placing the tongue on the roof of the mouth, both in the front of the mouth and the back. I have been practicing this more and it seems important to the flow and retention of energy. Would be interested to learn more. Thanks again Kelly. I hope all is well 🙏🏼

Another great video. I will be looking into Stuart Sovatsky. I had not heard of him before. Incidentally I have started to grind my own grains at home. I am feeling a lot of benefits after only two days. Does anyone know of any information relating freshly ground grains to seed retention. It makes sense because they are a seed and we save our seed.

Your sun sign is your horoscope zodiac sign: Aries, Taurus, Capricorn etc. To find out when the moon is in your sun sign, look up a moon calendar (there are plenty of them online) or read Kelly's books - they explain how to calculate it.

I have only recently discovered you and have bought your books but they haven’t arrived yet through the mail. Before I found this on YT a couple weeks ago, I never knew that such a thing as the Christ oil even existed. I’m a Capricorn and the next two full moons are going to be in Capricorn and I don’t want to miss this chance as it’s very rare. My diet is already clean. I don’t eat anything packaged only fruit, veg, loads of herbs, some pulses, a little rice but no wheat based foods, dairy or meat or eggs or condiments. I eat plainly but use my own spices and herbs for flavouring. I grow some of my own food in my small garden. I make all my own food from scratch and never eat out and bring my own food to family events. I don’t touch caffeine in any form. I don’t have alcohol or vinegars because it damages the liver. I’ve been cleansing my liver and brain for three years now. I still have a lot more to do. But since I am completely new to this what do I need to do when the full moon in my sign occurs to raise this internal oil? I know basically nothing. I have just a week until the first of the full moons in Capricorn. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
