Dragon Ball Z was my favorite show growing up. I really like the way 19 keys relates to it. In my ignorance, I was inspired by all the training and pushing physical capabilities way beyond the human norm. Even though I realize now that most fighting is caused by a misunderstanding. In my reflections, There was something real behind that inspiration. My childish fantasy of viewing myself as a saiyan with a nearly indestructible body, convincing myself everyday after being pumped up by an episode that I was something beyond human, actually brought my body closer to something indestructible. it made a difference over time. I never broke any bones and I liked to do risky(stupid) things. I considered being able to jump off of the roof of houses and buildings(no more than 15ft) and land on my feet to be beyond human but I had to turn fear into excitement or something that creates initiative instead of hesitation. I cant do that and I don't feel that anymore but I don't think its old age. The mind is powerful. Gotta figure out how to love myself again, the way I did back then.

I was sleeping and then I heard a voice speaking, then two, and I began to listen to their engaging and interesting dialogue and became more aware, to the point that I realized RU-vid had randomly started playing this podcast while I was asleep. What spoke to awake me was “knowledge without action is useless”. This maxim connected me directly to a life question and an individual who shared this quote with me before and I saw a great understanding within them. Hugs 🤗, I was arriving into the city where my father lived, listen and watching this episode and all I could think about was what he and my mother and their families endured during those times. The great will and determination to the vision, their vision for a better day and making the most of every day. I agree with the aftermath of assimilation. I believe that was the moment we started to loose touch with our culture on a deep community level. It’s like we got watered down. You know how you could make anything stretch by adding water to it. *** if you know, then you know *** I really feel like that was the turning point. I was 5 yo when my family moved out of the Blvck community into the white community and it had a profound effect on me. I have been finding my way home ever since.
I usually look at RU-vid videos and if they more than 20 mins I’d skip it ! It’s never the same with these High Lvl conversations!! I don’t even realize how long these conversations go because I know imma get what I need plus more from them!! ❤
Biggest thing I got from this episode is people build nations but the family builds dynasties. What even further excites me is this episode touched on the fact that throughout time we dictate the structure of the family based on the community needs. So there is no “normal” construct of a family. In western society so many women feel like they are not adequate in todays world because they don’t understand they can change the way we look at a modern day family with respect. Dope episode, can’t wait to meet you in person and have a high level conversation 💯

When Kaba Kamene started talking about bambata and rappers delight, actually brought a tear to my eyes, I was there as well. They have taken innocent expressions and turned it into evil manipulation

19 Keys is a godly gentleman & a scholar! This exchange of thought he's having with Dr. Elder Prof Kaba is a high vibratory think tank! I learned from Dr. Kaba aka Booker T. Coleman back in the early 90s. He gave a revelatory lecture on Mathematics/Algebra. For the 1st time in my life I was awakened to the understanding of the deep spirituality of Algebra as an adult! I wept is all I can say! He is such a sincere, gifted educator...it's very sad that thousands of black children will never have the blessing or honor to sitting under his tutelage.
Man you just unlocked an aspect of self love I didn’t know I needed. I’ve always hate reading introductions and the fluffy parts of things and thought I was wrong for wanting to do that. Breaking down constructs peace and blessings to you for the knowledge
