I was there at the structure in 2010 when visiting Israel the 2nd time. It’s always surprising that muslim leaders are trying to rewrite history by replacing the historical sites of the Israelites with Muslim ones. The Dome of the Rock and the mosque on mount Moriah in Jerusalem is another example. The Koran doesn’t mention neither Hebron nor Jerusalem ANYWHERE. I read both books many times over. I am not fooled, much less the true God.

in 1996 I had the blessing to visit inside Machpelah to see the memorials. I long to return as it is a very spiritual place and one cannot help but feel the ruach ha kodesh (holy spirit) is there reminding us of our ancient faith in the one true god.

It always amazes me how creative and imaginative the people of Israel are. They just continue to uncover all these "ancient relics" in caves, the Dead Sea, and everywhere over there. Wow! I saw a sandal they dug up from thousands of years ago...and it looked practically new! Wow! I think that Netanyahu's signet ring was an "ancient find," too, but I could be wrong.

I am going to Israel in October. I know there is a guide that take people to places like Hevron but I forgot his name. Do you know who he is or can you recommend anyone for a private tour in Judea and Samaria?
I wonder how true it is that he went down into the tumb 30 years ago. In 1967 a high ranking Israeli officer decided to go down there and see what was really going on. About the 5th step there was a force that stopped him from going down any further. I have been in this building and I can tell you that the Jews have limited access into the bulding. And from what i remember, the muslims seem to have more access into the place more than anyone else. I got harrased and almost shot a few times because of my skin color in Hebron. Tensions are high in Hebron.. but i must say, i had one of the most beautiful experiences in Hebron.. even though as i was going through these experiences they were not pleasent at all. Only looking back, do i think so. As a dark Mexican, i was cought up in the midst of these people's conflicts.
Did you have a tour group when visiting Hebron? I took a days break from the tour group and wanted to visit Rachel's tomb in Bethlehem and found that impossible to do on your own.

The story you talked about in '67 on going down to burial caves at Hebron, I caught on another video that they lowered a small girl down into the cave.
