Lovely video, you are such a good rider! Do you have any advice on keeping your hands so still in sitting trot. My hands are quite still in rising trot, but as soon as I go sitting they start bouncing up and down, even though I try really hard to keep them still. If you have any advice on this I would really appreciate it! X
