hi, we purchased 300 Chickens aged 4 months. But, we are dailly feeding finisher-feed. They are now around 6 months of age. Will they lay eggs if i change their diet to layer-feed? We didnt get any eggs so far.

I think the black layers are better than the Isa brown chickens. They are more disease resistant,their eggs are more proteinous and their mortality is very low.
Hens tend to be very selfish. It is important to have facts before beginning. You can do a survey in your area of the different breeds and How they are performing
say perch, spacing, lighting, the green leaf susppended is to high where the birds jump to it which is not good for the ovulation and egg safety in the ovary. so that is has to be as high as the birds hight or a litle height. Spacing = 1m2 for 5-6 birs. so for her 300 birds 50-60m2 is required.
