✅Ingredients:
🔴- One cup of water
🔴- Two cups of sugar
🔴- One teaspoon of rose water
Instructions:
1. In a pot, add water and sugar. Let the sugar dissolve completely.
2. Once the sugar has dissolved, add the rose water.
3. Boil the mixture for a couple of minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
4. Wash the rose petals and cut them in half, removing the seeds and any unwanted parts (optional).
5. Fill a glass jar with the rose petals and pour the syrup that you had prepared earlier over them. The syrup should cover the rose petals.
6. Close the jar and fill a container halfway with water. Place the jar inside the container, making sure the water does not cover the lid of the jar. The jar should be halfway submerged in water.
7. Boil the water in the container for half an hour. Once it boils, turn off the heat and remove the jar from the water.
8. Place the jar upside down for 24 hours, following the video.
