Mam, in the last 2 illustrations, it is said that court is not competent, okay, I got that, but second class magistrate is competent for trial of theft and first class magistrate is competent for trial of robbery, then why it can be tried again on same facts for different offences, this is just a small doubt, rest I completely understood perfectly..
