With due respect, in my opinion interpretation of 41(b) says that, injunction can't be granted for prosecuting in a higher court( any higher court). That means a lower court can't grant injunction to prosecute or institute any proceedings in a higher court than itself. Kindly confirm sir.

Sir B wala point jo h apne shyad galat interpret kara h because its says 'court not subordinate's' and also the higher courts can issue such injuctions with to regulating the proceedings itself
