Best advice anyone ever game me for music is pick 3 vst instruments and 3 vst effects and learn every inch of them.. like everything read the manuals go through them with a fine tooth comb
@@mohammedwajahatali3225 You don't need a million VSTS on your master or even tracks. Leveling plus some knowledge of stereo width will help immensely. Johnny Juliano did a leveling tutorial years ago that has been deleted. It was very simple though, turn your Metronome on and adjust the volume of the metronome to -6db. Mix your drums around the metronome. You should be able to hear the metronome clearly, while your drums are also hitting and not peaking louder than the metronome.( turn your interface up when mixing at lower dbs). It's that simple, do this a couple of times and you wont really need to use a metronome your ear will adjust eventually. Last note incase anyone was wondering why he said to use -6db as a reference. This will give your beat enough headroom for engineers to do their job and not have to worry about distortion from clipping.
