Following the reinstatement of Sanusi Lamido as the Emir of Kano. There has been mixed reactions from the people in the state.

3rd, the Constitution has given adequate legislative powers to the State House of assembly to enact laws. Once this law gain ascension by the governor through his signature, the law has become live and legit. So which process are we tearing down to render Sanusi's appointment invalid? That the House doesn't have constitutional powers to scrap the multiple Emirate and return it to statusqo, or that the Governor doesn't have constitutional powers to implement the law? These gentlemen acted within their constitutional rights and powers reposed in them by the Nigerian Constitution.

The Security Agencies are definitely acting outside their scope and that amout to abuse of office. The Police Commissioner's refusal to take legit instructions from the governor amounts to talking too much instead.

To be able to succeed in Court, the Judge must be convinced beyond reasonable doubt that the actors acted contrary to the Constitution, and this cannot be founded!

2nd, the Constitution repose powers in the Governor to appoint a qualified person that can oversee the affairs of the Emirate Council. So the Constitution has given him powers to do so already and he can fall back on that relevant section of the constitution as appropriate and reinstate Sanusi or enthrone a new Emir.

The Security Agencies to proclaim that the reinstatement of Sanusi illegal is totally wrong! They are to enforce the law and not to declare verdicts on a case being heard in Court. Mind you the State High Court is also hearing the matter. The security agencies shouldn't give a verdict on tobe immediately after it.

When someone said this thing has been politicized I laugh in Chinese. What else do you think is being played out? Politics ofcourse! The Governors are political leaders, one removed Sanusi, he took it in good faith, and another one reinstated him. Is it that Sanusi is not qualified to sit on the stool? Or the Kano house of assembly do not have powers constitutionally to enact laws? Please guys, let's not fan this thing beyond limit.
