i filed a report through the BSIS, which oversees all security guards, especially those that are armed. it's based in sacramento, the capitol city here in CA. here's the link. feel free to file a complaint and paste the URL of this video as your source: www.bsis.ca.gov/consumers/complaints.shtml
here's a cut and paste yelp review from over a year ago: (let's start a thread) "I have been a customer of this shop for years, until today. I came in after they opened and told the security guard GOOD MORNING, he ignored me and I said GOOD MORNING again. He told me "Who in the fuck was I?, and he didn't need to say shit to me". Then he started challenging me to fight. I was kind of shocked because its early and I just trying to buy some weed. I didn't come here to fight, go to jail, or the morgue. I am thinking this guy is crazy and he is armed. I have been spending my money here for a long time but I will never come back for this crazy drama. I am looking for stress relief not a criminal case."
here's another from aug 8th 2021 "Good afternoon we have a problem It seems like one of our security don't know what no means we are here to provide service for our patients not to harass them and talk about how fat their ass is no means no I don't care if your man or woman now A friend of mine uses your dispensed because it's convenient but she also said she would never come back again with the sexual harassment from your security officer I know you have heard this before because I have we uplift and take care of our patients and move to the next phase"
march 8th 2020 via yelp: "Bad customer service. I came to buy weed with my friend in the late evening. It was no one on the lobby, and security pushed my friend outside as they just did not let him wait for me in the lobby for several minutes. Very rude."
@@johnnyfiveo Three times? I'm afraid it'll be like saying Beetlejuice. Thanks in advance Elaine C. BTW if you try to say I can't use it, I'll know what the C stands for, haha. J/k, I'm sure she's a very nice lady or not nice in all the right ways. I better stop now or I'll be walking like the guy in the video (Yikes!).
Guard carrying pistol in a Level 1 retention holster (least secure, tension only), repeatedly turns his back to you within an arms reach. I give him a F- on situational awareness.
@@wasterangler oh those security guards. My my They’re a good laugh. Find out the name of his company the security works for so I can call his company and tell them he’s doing wrong. And ask them if their dumb security is supposed to be carrying a gun?
Imagine visiting a weed shop and you go to walk outside the doors and they fly open and 2 cops standing on the other side. That's has to be a sobering experience.
The first guy who's so scared of a camera while his face is nearly covered. Bro, it's a pot store, not a sex toy store. No one is going to catch you buying another ass-plug "for a friend."
@@johnnyfiveo His waddle says it all. To be fair, he could have just recovered from gas station sushi or maybe got pulled over in the middle of the day for his license plate not being illuminated enough and was slammed for "resisting." I just like to believe that it was for something he wanted to happen.
It may not be a crime but it is harassment...the guy is doing his job...go seek crooked politician, seek better health care, exploitation of children..better education....and get a better script of your action....
@@jacquelinerocan-texmo6135 that's the thing, you crybabies always say "it is harassment" when it's not, the whole point of first amendment auditing is to test how people are going to act when auditors are filming private businesses from a public area, if the people respect their rights to film or they will act like a whiney crybaby, thinking it's "illegal" to film them without permission in public and thinking it's harassing.
@@jacquelinerocan-texmo6135 "harassment" you idiots don't know the definition of harassment, you think somebody minding their own business recording in public is actually harassing you. So all security cameras and dash cams are harassing you?
Also a heads up, that shop specifically is always rude. Been there 4 times and all times they hate to interact with people ESPECIALY their security. This one in particular thinks he's John Wick all the time
That security guard will be soooo pissed, when he finds out that several hundreds of thousands of people will be watching him be both extremely dumb and extremely ineffective. Guess he won't be getting many contracts in the future for this kind of work with such a poor showing... :-) Thanks Johnny! You're a beast! :-)
i would be pissed to..he is just doing his job...if 5-0 is so knowledgeable...I like to see a better script, speak up against poverty, better education, child exploitation, crooked politician and radical behaviours that will help the health care, child poverty, etc..And change attitude.....his behaviours are harassing people...stalking is being aloud... the last person that stalked me..I stood up to his face and stayed silent until he started following me and repeated to leave me be...I broke his nose and his camera...when is it ok....Go after the big guns like crooked politicians, class actions, etc...
@JaunSantos Fuck the dumb shit.. It's STILL considered a schedule 1 Narcotic. (I Puff) Buts it's pretty ironic for a dispensary to call the people that used to tear their businesses down. And Alcohol is the Number 1 killer. Stop using it in the context that it's some "Savior" to humanity.
i guess its not a freedom to not be filmed in public but i can fully understand not wanting to be on video walking into there for many reasons, legal or not, and this guy is deterring others rights to freedom to do so. he's not doing anything illegal, but neither is being a dick to innocents for the sole purpose of your vengeance and that is what he did. ruined my buzz at least lol
He really tried to kiss and make up but his behavior was too low to be forgiven. Lying to a 911 operator is attempted murder in "This Day and Age" and there is no excuse for that.
As much as I hate the quote "in this day and age" you definitely ain't lying , cop's are egomaniac Egotistical ragetards that get off on doing Citizens dirty, and violating their rights... 💯 %True story.
His boss, that doesn’t exist, probably contacted him cuz of the calls coming in during the live stream. Hopefully he was warned about harassing sidewalk pedestrians by both the cops and his boss (that doesn’t exist).
@@johnnyfiveo your a absolute virgin🤣🤣 harassing people just trying to do their job can tell you absolute love all the attention ya big narcissist its so funny when he trys blocking you from walking you can hear in your virginal little voice how much not getting your own way pisses you off hahaha ya lil egomaniac you need laid badly ya maidenless lil slaphead
Hey Johnny, next time you get a moron like that ask him, if he was too stupid to be a cop. Or too much of a coward to join the military. Much love from The Great White North. Keep up the GREAT WORK.
@@johnnyfiveo, Fantastic job Johnny five-o! Great job in telling this clown off! Personally just tell him to PISS THE F*CK OFF!!! I ONLY WISH I COULD BE THERE TO LMAO WITH YOU......
That guy has the worst operational security! He is asking to have his firearm taken. And his complete lack of situational awareness will make that task EASY. And this is quite the role reversal. In the old days the weed sellers used to get pissed when the cops were called and now they call the cops. Having cops show up to your door is really bad for business because if they will "snitch" on a guy with a camera on a public sidewalk what will they do with the footage they obtain of their customers? On such and such a date customer so and so purchased 1 oz of weed. This is his 3rd time to the store this month. These people should not be trusted with personal information, especially related to marijuana use.
These guys have no business being security dude touching his gun every second, wearing a ball cap with the uniform, lame ass vest that won’t stop anything and does not know the difference between laws and policies. The company hires some interesting individuals.
It’s a weed store, yo! Their customers probably don’t care about Google reviews, only inventory. If it were any other business that would be an awesome idea, though. Just my $0.02.
@@louskunt9798 You think there's only one weed store around? Google reviews detail inventory quality, staff interactions and customer service issues, loads of different things. I look at Google reviews before I go to purchase any new product so I can decide which one to patronise. A lot of people do.
Cops did their job, adequately but.... They should be more courteous and not ignore questions from the public... perhaps my bar is higher regarding the behavior of our public servants Cheers well done!
Notice the security guard... comes out escalated the situation runs into you makes a false report. Then comes back out instigated even more but is wearing a bullet proof vest now. I have no doubt his intentions were to make a fight and he would be protected if he drew his gun.
Um we are not police and we have no qualified immunity. Shooting anyone that does not present a reasonable deadly threat to a jury of our peers is a quick way to end up in jail for security guards. Just pointing our guns at unarmed people will land us in jail.
Sooo funny Johnny ! Master in how to audit young ego's and bring them back to the light . Those security guys defenatly needed an eye (mind) opener and how well you teached them , great class great job great audit !
Yeah beardy has an ego problem, he wants to control everything. You can just imagine how he treats people that aren't filming him and don't know the laws. He loves to try to intimidate people, and him coming out later and trying to be friendly, get lost dimwit you had the chance and you acted like an ass.
Jonny 5.0. Seriously your commentary is just as entertaining as the Darens and Karen’s getting educated and cops doing the walk of shame. Great video..keeps these coming!!
THE SECURITURD IS SO PISSED THAT HIS MUMMY'S CAME AND DID NOTHING. MASSIVE SHAME FOR H.H COLLECTIVE. Keep up the great work JOHNNY and stay safe brother. 🥊 🥊 🥊 👍 👍 👍
Johnny I love your audits. I wish you would go out and record more. You are very quick witted and come up with these wonderful come-backs. And you really know how to put people in their place. Thank you for all you do!!
The security guard keeps smiling because he knows deep down he's being ridiculous. If this guy can walk around carrying a gun then the rest of us should be able to
While i'm not going to list all the "lines" that made me laugh, (and there were plenty!) i enjoyed this video very much, as it reminds me of some of the good videos you've done in the past!!!..I love it when you are on the street doing this kind of stuff!..This is you at your very best!!..Your style and wit are above and beyond most who do this..The good news for you is, your steps ahead!!..Thanks and keep up the great work!!! 😉
Most, if not all, people I know have always been in favor of legalizing weed. So now we are finally getting there and people don’t want to be filmed going in and out of these places. Every video I watch about these dispensaries, the customers freak out and the people that run the place are total assholes. I can’t understand why people aren’t skipping and cartwheeling through the doors.
Because for the last 80 years being associated with weed meant unemployment, prison, de-personing. You weren't trusted with kids, viewed as dumb, and ostracized. And there are still police departments, and federal watchlists attempting to make arrests and civil asset forfeiture to this very day. As we speak. Some of these people might even be coming from places where it's still illegal and have a long, stressful, dangerous, drive home ahead of them. And you're really going to sit here and pretend like people should be thankful? "Abortion has been illegal in Texas despite women wanting it, and now that it's legal women who get abortions don't like being on camera coming and going? You'd think they'd be cartwheeling out of the clinic singing Another One Bites The Dust!". No, no you wouldn't. Maybe if you were never affected by these laws, and are for some reason above the scrutiny of authoritarian modern America. Never had to hide your bottle in a paper bag to avoid police attention while walking home. Cops didn't pull you over and give you DUI exams 3 times a day, and use every little thing in your car to further their stop. Legal or not. I like Johnny as a person, and I like his channel, but I don't agree with this at all and it surprises me so many people do. You would think of all people, someone in this community would be sympathetic of the never ending stream of b.s you have to deal with from cops. This serves no purpose.
I cannot even begin to express how great it is that you are now back on the streets man! And this vid is a banger!!! I love everything you stand for, and thank you so much for being here and doing what you do.
@@edwardlindberg3048 "disorderly conduct" is mostly a "fit 'em all" charge that it is traditionally abused by law enforcement to retaliate against any and all actions that a given police officer doesn't personally like or approve of. It's a little bit like what you just did : you saw something that, even though it is MORE than completely legal, as a 1st amendment protected right, you disagree with, so you fallaciously called it "disorderly conduct." Very shallow and dishonest, btw.. And in the same vein, just like all of those retaliatory charges for "contempt of cop" and other nonsense are almost always thrown out in court or before reaching that point, because EVEN the prosecutors (that they have in their pocket) won't accept to back up those types of charges in fear of getting destroyed and humiliated in court by one of my colleagues (and then we, as taxpayers, have to foot the bill for all the misconducts and criminal acts caused by cops' bruised egos and incompetence... Does it sound like a good system to you? Really?), the same just happened here with your idiotic comment; in the court of public (and informed) opinion. This is what we are against guys : fallacious people who talk through their hat just like this D-bad, that manage, somehow, to live their life in absolute and unashamed ignorance. No matter what, we won't be able to reason with them, because of the mix of stupidity, cowardice, and the Dunning-Kruger effect (that is illustrated VERY well by Edward Lindberg's reply). They can see a man being murdered, as clear as day, and still find a way to justify it. It's almost like a religion or something... I'll copy and paste your moronic comment below, for posterity, since you might delete it instead of owning up to it, like the empty ball sack and boot licker that you are : "Edward Lindberg 1 hour ago How does disorderly conduct protect our rights? I really want to know!!!" And before sending me things like threats through my pro bono publico email address in my profile, out of frustration from being publicly owned and shamed, be smart for once, and accept your well deserved proverbial "L"... I do like hate mail, though! Ps. This article might help you out : www.miaminewtimes.com/news/my-life-as-a-eunuch-6355515
@@edwardlindberg3048 I don't give a single shit about people's skin color, unless it is an actual relevant factor. I never mentioned anything related to that. I also do not know what you mean by "brown crowd," nor how it relates to my reply to your idiotic comment above. But I am in the "let's respect the Bill of Rights and Rule of Law 'crowd' ," if you must know. Please point where I talked about this. You can't, because you are the only one who brought skin color, so it might be something revealing about yourself... I don't know, because I don't divide human beings like that. Are you for eugenics or something? It would explain things... Finally, are you actually able to ague in good faith, without fallacies and dishonesty? It does not seem so, with your obvious strawman attempt here. Again, you are a coward, and maybe all of those Incel forums you are a mod on are detrimental to your fragile development, seriously. If you can muster the courage to reply something based on facts, based on the subject, based on anything related to this subject/discussion, please say so. But I think it is something that you are unable to do. Pathetic. Copy pasted (yet again moronic) comment of Edward Lindberg : "Edward Lindberg 32 minutes ago @Louis-Philippe Ahhh, you’re in the poor me I’m brown crowd. Gotcha"

@@johnnyfiveo I agree with this comment. Dude, you should have let the officers be. If you respond with “nope” you’re an idiot just like these security guards.
Extorting businesses as a greedy fake anti capitalist is hilarious to you? If private businesses making profit from voluntary transactions is immoral and unconstitutional why is it ok for this frauditor to make more money than Bill Gates by extorting them? You know how frauditing private businesses pays big right? He scares away customers at the entrance and harasses employees until the owner offers regular online “donations” to leave the business alone. This is a business he leans on for several hours every day for the past 6 or more months and he isn’t going to give up until he bankrupts them with his protection money racket. Do you really think he is going to do something Christian and generous with the I’ll gotten gains? CA clearly needs laws against stalking and extortion and a few cops who are willing to work for their salaries.
@@dbcooper2756 Another want-to-be fascist who believes that exercising Constitutional rights in public is a crime. That standing on public property with a camera engaged in the lawful activity of public photography and recording a business, that has cameras recording everybody outside in public and everybody who enters the business, is guilty of harassing the business and its employees. Like he somehow used a deadly weapon to force them to come outside to public property to confront and interrogate someone not violating any law, trying to intimidate them into stopping their lawful activity, making threats if they do not, and then calling the police to enforce their delicate feelings of being more equal under the law than anybody else. Sorry buttercup, you and your fellow self important snowflake's feelings do not trump the law, but I hear that North Korea is practicing a parade in your honor, maybe you should go home and enjoy it. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-W1v4AXfoOac.html

✨If they keep this ridiculous criminal and he remains a licensed security guard. That process needs completely revamped. He is a useless liability that can't legally be insured after this evidence. Another magical video. These marijuana dispensary are a gold mine. They are over the top in thinking EVERYTHING around them is off limits. And I have never seen a less self aware security guard than that guy. Even after getting owned over and over he just keeps digging the hole, then pretends he wants to see your chanel to see what you're "raising awareness" for.,.yeah right! Gotta love a security guard that looks like he's being deployed into Bagdad, all he needed was the helmet.😂
