After a few "event" weeks with Stanhope 10K, Great North 10K and Darlington 10K, we return to Parkrun for this weeks video.
Featuring fields, lakes and......fire??!!
If you've never done Parkrun before and want somewhere to start, Sedgefield Parkrun (at Hardwick Park) is a good shout as it's a relatively flat course with some nice and varied routes via lakeside, wooded sections and open fields.
And if you've done Parkrun before then this is definitely worth a look, it's got some lovely views and things to spot.
