Great video!! I am just concerned about the organic material. As far as I understand, the hydrogen peroxide should be used to destroy the organic material prior to the dispersing of the sample, otherwise your results will not be as accurate?

sir if depth(cm) of surface and caliberated age is given then how to calculated the rate of sedimentation with year?. (there is a paper named Palaeoenvironmental history of Bap-Malar and Kanod playas of western Rajasthan, Thar desert by Deotare,B.C.) in his paper there are two table in which depth is given and their caliberated age is given now i have to calculate that how much deposition is there in per cm. ? please help sir.
