Apple is like any other company regarding feedback. The more folks that a request a change, the more likely that the request will be implemented.

@@bengooderham247 True, and I especially agree that it’s bothersome that some bugs don’t get fixed for literally years. Even when someone has found a workaround, Apple doesn’t maintain a list of those for the general public. So one is relegated to searching through possibly many sites for a working solution. I ran across a bug just like that last week. Like always, I reported that bug on Apple’s feedback webpage; it’s the squeaky wheel that gets the grease. Nonetheless, if only a few folks ask for a new feature, it’s unlikely to be implemented unless someone at Apple thinks it’s a spectacular idea that will benefit most people. Apple probably gets thousands of these suggestions and like any developer it has to prioritize them. I'm saying this to encourage folks to submit their ideas on Apple feedback because volume does matter
