Today we make our way up the Alphabetic Tower.
The Alphabetic Tower in Batumi, Georgia is a 130-meter-high structure.
The tower symbolizes the uniqueness of the Georgian alphabet and people. The structure uses the design of DNA, in its familiar double helix pattern. Two helix bands rise up the tower holding the 33 letters of the Georgian alphabet, each 4 meters tall!
At night this structure is beautiful with many different colours and patterns lighting up the Georgian city line.

While we didn't go up the tower at night to see the view of the city you indeed can and is something we look forward to doing on our next visit to Batumi!
