I agree sitting and dwelling on it doesn't help.. It usually actually makes it worse...

I'm also a Hypoxic Brain Injury survivor; 3-week in a coma on life support. I'm fully independent after 2 yrs but still struggling on some days. It wasn't the same as before.

Thank u. This is so me after enceferlitous swelling from Covid (with 3 micro-strokes ) thenn Long Covid. I previously had 2 aortic seizures many years ago.

I can relate to the struggle of fitting in too...

I describe that fatigue as ‘brain frazzle’😨. Almost impossible to think clearly in that state
