That's is good but most of the time it will be a half ass wash meaning the company may very well be over spending on man hours and chemical costs still leaving a dirty truck that has not be properly washed exposing it to unsafe driving on the roads and costly maintenance in the future. On the other hand "in house washing" may mean that they have a crew of employees dedicated to just washing trucks.
