She has applied for their exemption to policy and has been denied. THANK YOU ADAM for standing up and helping bring this to the light.

Whether you saw me asking for this video earlier this morning or you just did it because I knew you would, I expected this from you and you delivered sir! Thank you for using your platform to voice this opinion of all of us blue collar hard-working people!
Mr. Calhoun, what seems petty and trivial to those that haven't stood in line at work world and tried to decide between work gear and another week of peanut butter and jelly for lunch, is a concept that's incomprehensible by the same group. For those of us who have done what they don't, to achieve what they won't, it's just part of being that blue collared American. And for the company (not even gonna say their name) who got my money all of those years, to turn around and demand that employees get injected with whatever's in the needle, or face losing their livelihood, well, that's about as unamerican as I think it can get....... Unfollow you? Nah, I'm willing to spill the same blood in the same mud as you sir. And I've got a bag of marshmallows for just such an occasion. Thank you, and please keep doing what you do. Love and respect from the 209.

Adam, I've followed you for a couple years because I agree with your perspective on most topics, and I don't disagree with you on this topic, however I do recommend creating your own clothing line similar to Carhartt. Also, please understand that many of us can't afford to replace our entire wardrobe... I'd be happy to, but I simply can't if I want to support my family. Do you still want me to remove myself ? Perhaps you have advice for those of us still struggling financially? Thanks, Zach
Just don’t give them another cent if you so choose and either cover any visible Carhartt patches or remove them. The money is already spent, not getting it back, so it doesn’t hurt them to destroy your own stuff. Just don’t advertise it. Get a stitch puller from a sewing section, pretty easy to do. Hardworking people can’t just burn their work clothes. That’s silly. I won’t buy it for my son or husband ever again. My sons a general contractor. He owns a lot of their stuff. My husband is a big guy and they make big guy coats. Nah, not another cent. Gotta be another company to compete that isn’t mandating.
I agree 100% I also understand people are reluctant to burn something they have so much money tied up in. So here is my get around, I bought it so I'm cutting off the tags, and that way I'm no longer advertising for them. Than replace as necessary with a brand that supports my values. Independently right! Hell yeah.
About time that maybe someone who might or might not already have an awesome American made clothing company, puts the heart back in Carhartt and makes some competing lines. I'd buy it!

I'm a firefighter/paramedic. Something like ninety percent of the firefighters in my area got the vaccine the second it became available last January. Out of those hundreds of people I've never heard of anyone having any issue with it. We deal with so many covid patients that it just makes sense for me. Even as healthcare workers though, we weren't forced to get it and now that we know that, while it does reduce your chances of dying or being hospitalized, it doesn't stop the spread, so there is no justification in mandating it. If this becomes common knowledge, it can't be good for carhart's business.
