I personally feel like this remix has a feeling of wistful longing and nostalgia to it. I’m imagining a closing shot of a character rolling through his childhood neighborhood seeing kids playing and people living their lives. (Maybe we’ve seen these places earlier in the story) They see the faces of lost friends and family in these people doing mundane tasks. They wish that they could be there among them, but know they have to keep pushing on. Though their family and friends are gone, life continues and the character drives off. The end credits roll over the car disappearing into the distance.

Reading the comments and genuinely when I think about it, I’d say I have to credit Tyler, The Creator for inspiring me to become a creative, switched from chemical engineering to acting in theatre and it’s the best choice I’ve ever made

I know some people grown at the mention of race, but Tyler holds a special place in my heart because he was THE weird black kid who made it. There are aspects of myself that I feel not only different from other kids, but especially those of my own race. Yet somehow this edit heightened that feeling of being understood on a whole other level.
