Pran sahab has become immortal in our heart and mind by his stupendous performances.His image had always been larger than life.His personality, tall figure,voice, mannerism, big & impressive eyes that spoke much.Not only as a villain, he proved himself equally good in character & comedy roles.Apart from these he was a very very simple & good human being.Yaari hai iman mera yaar meri zindagi.May his soul rest in peace in his heavenly abode.💝
I am a huge fan of Praan saheb. He is the real inspiration to billions of others who wished to play a negative role on screen. The irony of this legend was he is the most humble person in real life and this interview itself is an evidence to it. Prabhu Chawla tried his level best of idiotism to frustrate Praan saheb but see the way Praan saheb handled it. Love you Praan saheb. Will miss you forever. Jai Hind.
Anchor should know he's not talking to a robber or a thief, Pran sahab is legend of his time. Such legend is hard to find these days. It's unfortunate.

Persons like Pranji are very dignified and knowledgeable with a great experience behind them. So the questions of the anchor should have been of some standard while interviewing such a legendary person.
Huge respect for Mr. Pran. At the age of 84 he was so well in answering all questions. The anchor prabhu chawla is trying to ask tough questions but actually he is asking stupid questions. Prabhu chawla is annoying.
I'm surprised at the kind of questions a senior journalist like Mr Prabhu asked a legend like PRAN SAHAB! Such a brilliant actor. an excellent human being, an expert on Urdu poetry who has been witness to the golden decade of Hindi Film Cinema- this could have been a fabulous interview.
An absolute legend. According to me, the greatest actor ever. Even more than the big B. What a villain! What acting! What expressions! Madhumati, tumsa nahi dekha, Kashmir ki kali,..and then amar akbar Anthony, naseeb,... what versatility!
I'm from Pakistan and we absolutely love Praan Sahab but India should have selected a better person to interview such a good actor. This guy has no idea how to approach a person with such caliber.

Prabhu Chawla and Aaj Tak should be ashamed of themselves. For all those who have the slightest knowledge about Pran Saheb,he was one of the most humble and respected Actors in Bollywood. This is no way to treat such a legend....
गज़ब पत्रकार है! नामचीन आदमी के साथ कैसे बात की जाती है, इसको पता नहीं है प्राण साहब प्रायवेट लाइफ में बहुत ही बढ़िया आदमी थे। जितना बढ़िया अपनी रोल करते थे, आजतक इनका जवाब नहीं। चाहे कैसा भी किरदार हो, ऐसा लगता था, मानों हकीकत हो।
Pran didn't walk out of the interview shows how great his patience level was. I as a viewer couldn't tolerate the interviewer. He kept interrupting throughout and even while talking about the great film Upkaar-kane wade pyar wafa. This man doesn't know how to behave while interviewing a great person.
Salute to PranSaab for keeping calm & replying to all these sickening questions. This shows the foundation of the Legend. & it's absolutely futile to waste words on the interviewer.
Oh My God, I can not believe it. Every feedback was talking about the interviewer and how bad his questions were. But nobody even touched the fact how beautifully Pran sahab answered his questions. Questions can be stupid but answers need not be. Answers show the true character of the person. Pran may be super villain on the silver screen but absolutely gentleman in real life. In this interview the interviewer is the villain and Pran sahab is the super hero. Allah bless his soul.
Pran Saheb had shown so much maturity during the interview otherwise prabhu chawla deserved to be punished for asking such silly and non-sense questions. My respect for Pran Saheb has grown many folds after watching this interview.
Pran sahab was a legendary actor and an icon. We could have got wealth of information from him on the film industry and his rich experience. What Chawla did was insult to a great personality and insulting his millions of fans. He brought the interview to a very very low level. Very SAD. May God Bless Pran sahab's soul. He was so patient, humble and nice.

फ़िल्म इंडस्ट्री के सबसे बेहतरीन कलाकार कोई भी रोल दो ऐसा निभाते मानो इन्ही के लिये स्पेशल लिखा गया हो यु तो प्राण साहब ने सभी रोल बखूबी निभाये किन्तु उपकार वाले मलंग चाचा और जंजीर वाला पठान का रोल आज भी भूले नही, और दोनो रोल मे प्राण साहब पर जो गाने फिल्माये वो आज भी हिट है. प्राण साहब को शत शत नमन.

Pran was so humble and clear in his statement....even upon his retirement....also appreciate the decency of the interviewier....now a days the interviewers are so irritating .
That 3rd grade India Today pamphlet-editor knew just one trick : make people angry to make them talk. Shame on Mr. Pran's sons, daughters and grandsons. If I was ONE of them, I would NEVER have allowed Mr. Pran to be interviewed by SUCH lowly journalist.

Pran has a very deep understanding of the role of the actor -how to transfer real life onto reel life and it is self-evident that a hero cannot shine so brightly unless his polar opposite, the villain exists. Therefore, if the villain is portrayed in the worst possible image, the lure of the hero is magnified manifold and that is what makes the movie watchable as the audience latch onto the hero to empathise and sympathise with him against the wretched villain.The interviewer clearly failed to understand that grand concept and the interview went completely off tangent. Pran remained graceful and dignified and saved the day for the anchor.
Pran Sahab said that the hero needs a villain in the story to beat, to demonstrate his heroism. When people hated him in public life, he took it that they were complimenting his work. With such high compliments, and being the first choice for playing the villain in his era, why would he want to be a hero, especially since he felt he would not be good at song and dance as a hero. And he did do some songs and dances as a character actor which were required by the storyline. Pran Sahab could very well have asked the interviewer that are you a bad guy in real life because you think of these questions? No, a villain will do what his job requires, like a investigative interviewer will do what his job requires.
