when seeding and TOP DRESSING a lawn in Spring, you will need 70/30 Kiln dried TOP DRESSING for your lawn and a BRUSH and also you need the SPRING,
first job is to scarify the lawn and then spread the seed before then adding the 70/30 top dressing
