I hope Olivia is in remission of her latest very unfortunate cancer battle. Get well soon Olivia. We all love you. All the video content on youtube from her career has been great to see including Olivia just being herself out sight seeing. I thank everyone that has contributed to it. Olivia never let her fame get the better of her, she was down to earth. Such a beautiful lady on the inside and on the outside. I love how she wanted fish and chips, she didn’t get exactly the Australian way, every Australian will know what I’m talking about, she wanted the actual fish snd chips from the actual shop wrapped in paper, right? 😂 You can’t get more Aussie than that. What I’ve always loved about Australians, they don’t chase and smother famous people. We stand back or walk passed and whisper “did you see who that was?!”. Rest In Peace beautiful Olivia. I like your comment about Olivia!! She was the consummate performer; she knew how to work it all--the lights, the acting, the camera, the scene--when performing. It made me excited but I didn’t jump around when I met her. She was on beach near the Casio and my friends saw her across the street on balcony and went to see if it was her, so they called me and I went down and said hi, going to show, sign my cd. She said “I never had anyone ever ask me for autographs on the beach.” Still extremely sweet and generous.
Those Girls would be pushing close to 30 now ( this was in 2008 and they all looked about 16-18 ) They would be just as devastated as all of us were to hear the sad news ☹️ but what a Great memory for all of them to know they actually got to Hug Olivia 💞 ( And to see how cool she was with it )
I'm sure those girls still remember that encounter with Olivia and how they freaked out and how nice and humble she was hugging them back, it was a perfect chaos lol, and a cool reminder to Olivia of how much of an icon she was, so down to earth just enjoying the city with her daughter and friends, she was as lovely to have around as she was illuminating the stage when she performed. Watching this helps me cope with the thought of this beautiful soul no longer gracing this world. RIP gorgeous Dame Olivia.
I saw Olivia in Melb. And then had the privilege to do a meet and greet . Oh boy... I was having an put of body experience. She's such a natural. A most beautiful human being inside out. And I could not believe that it was only $100 . Had no idea it included a drink of choice, a photo and CD! And the proceeds went to the ONJ wellness cancer Center in our beautiful Melbourne. And I had my left arm around Olivia for the pic. I could not believe myself and was so consciously trying to stay calm and in the moment. I actually stumbled with I had planned to tell her from the heart. I think she felt it though. She is exemplary in every way. Blessed is Chloe to have such a nurturing human being as her Mom. And those who have Olivia in her lives. We vicariously have Olivia in our lives through her music and legacy. Love you Sister of ours. Xxxxxxx

The second time I saw her in concert was at the Sahara in South Tahoe. I knew one of her security people, and he invited me and my date to her last concert of her run there. It was a dinner show and she had reserved a booth for her two home security guys and a few friends. What a treat! In the middle of the concert, she said she was going to take a break, but wanted us to watch a clip from a film she had just completed with John Travolta (something I didn't want to see at the time). But the clip was "Summer Nights" from "Grease", of course, and little did I know then what an iconic piece of film I got to see before the movie was even released. And during a dinner which she treated us to! Wow! One of my best memories!
I probably would have just froze in my steps. She is the most beautiful woman inside and out. Always loved and admired her for her gentle spirit. Simply amazing.
I would have been as excited as those girls if I'd ever met Olivia. The stories about her since her passing have just been amazing, it is almost unheard of to hear of a celebrity who remained so humble, was beautiful inside and out and also so kind, generous and giving. True facts I’ve only read two awful things about her and I’ll never believe it. She had such a good heart. In a way still has because even though she’s gone she’ll never not be in our hearts lighting up life. I saw how excited those girls were and I always wondered what she’s really like and all those stories about her are just admirable and inspirational. She always made people happy and safe.
Why is it that all of a sudden after her death that I'm drowning myself in her music, movies, social media sites when all I did was grow up listening to her all my life. Somehow I feel broken cause she's missing from this world! I know Olivia you have earned your wings. Fly high!

I can't believe the three girls hugged Olivia and then run off screaming with joy. They should have asked Olivia to get a photo with them I have no doubt she would have gladly allowed them to take a photo with her. I guess is they're going to look back in time and regret that they didn't do that. I'm at Olivia back in May of 1986 in Malibu California but oddly enough I was not nervous and she was and kind as we've all come to know over the years.

That visit to Manly NSW was very spiritual and humbling for Olivia. It was so beautiful to watch her just be normal and walk down memory lane with her own personal thoughts about being young and spending time with her father etc. Rest In Peace Livvy ❤

When I was a kid, I used to watch Xanadu over and over and over again. I always wanna just to disappear into the wall and come out the other side into a different life. Unfortunately, that never happened. But Olivia Newton-John‘s music always made me happy.

This was so much fun to watch. Never was a big fan of hers back in the 70s but I've grown a lot in respect for her over the decades since. I've seen her in a lot of interviews and she's never said a negative word about anyone, ever. What a classy lady she's been all the time.
