Seek the Good of Others

Lessons learned:
The enemy would have us continue church the way we have done it for many years and stop our ability to reach others. So imagine the various homes in Corinth where believers gathered. In these small groups, a sense of freedom in giving will naturally emerge. One may contribute by reading or singing a psalm, while another may offer a teaching word. Someone might pray in a tongue, accompanied by an interpretation, and another individual may receive a revelation - a message from God to uplift the group. In a small, home-fellowship-type setting, it is the ideal way for the church to function today; therefore, let’s seek the good in others.
My Prayer:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for giving us the privilege of worshiping You and being in Your presence. We thank You for speaking to us during these times. We ask that You remove any barriers that we place in our service that keep those who don’t believe from knowing You. In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.
