With the vocals, the beeps, the snares and synths, this is truly a wonderful masterpiece. I don't get why people hating on this, the intro brings u to a world that feels like LSD.
I love the Flume Rework a lot but there's something about the messiness and the structure of the original that sticks with me more. PS I really hope Seekae are just on hiatus for Alex to focus on his solo career. Would be a shame if they broke up, still feel like there's plenty of stuff to hear from them.
It's like happiness is a butterfly small and fragile landing on the palm of our hands for a second and then it flies away and a 100 ton anvil falls and takes its place and is there to stay for a while
[Verse 1] It's started taking its toll on me now It comes back to you The lights are on but the bulbs have blown out It comes back for you Remain fully clothed 'Til you don't have to Big chrome set of teeth With nothing to chew [Pre-Chorus] I see you wasted I know what to do Give that good pasting Then come back for you I'll come back for you [Chorus] When you asked me for some more, I was energised Couldn't see your eyes, they were up inside When you asked if I could see, I was pulverised Sat in overdrive, test and recognise When you asked me for some more, I was energised Couldn't see your eyes, they were up inside When you asked if I could see, I was pulverised Sat in overdrive, test and recognise When you asked me for some more, I was energised Couldn't see your eyes, they were up inside When you asked if I could see, I was pulverised Sat in overdrive, test and recognise When you asked me for some more, I was energised Couldn't see your eyes, they were up inside When you asked if I could see, I was pulverised Sat in overdrive, test and recognise [Outro] I know what to do Then come back for you It comes back for you

Honestly I heard the flume version first but didn't like it. Then I heard this version called anonymoose remix and I liked that. Finally I decided to listen to the original and I LOVE it! I don't usually like music that sounds like this but I'm addicted to this!
Theres something different about this one that imo makes it better than the rework that up est at minute minute 2:15 then a little bit after they introduce that other sound at minute 2:38 everything just syncs in perfectly this was made to be enjoyed from the start to the finish. These guys were musical geniuses so sad they’re not together
its so cool that people who dont understand music can actually hear and understand alot of it, and just not be able to put it into words so basically in the 'weird' sounding bit at 2:01 , the two singers are singing perfect fiths (which is 2 notes and not a chord, so it sounds weird when changing and keeping the same interval) but introducing the third of the chord with the synth at 2:15 completes the chord and makes everything sound 'right'.
Le Limonadier You can disagree but that's all you and I can do. Saying this one or that one has more creativity is irrelevant as no one is capable of judging that.
i discovered the flume version first but the more i listen to the original version the more i realize this version is the better one. there is so much more raw power to it that the flume rework doesn't has.
What makes this song so great is the way the song progresses and builds on itself to reach the final moments. I enjoy flume's remix for what it is, but there really isn't much to it.

Nick Kohlmann more raw. you get to see the original level of creativity. re work is a spin on the original creativity. both are by talented people lmao.
Everything about this is beautiful in every way , the music its self , the lyrics , the meaning that i unfortunately relate to , both this and the flume re work are good but personally i prefer the original a lot more
