I’ve made this before but without the frozen beef fat since I didn’t have it, used 80/20 beef and it turned out AMAZING. Finding pipli wasn’t easy but it was worth it.

I tried this, MashaAllah taste was amazingly good. Alhumdulilahh but I used these quantity spices with half kg mutton mince, Taste was so yummy and moderate spicey.... Some Pakistanies love hot spicey food so they can use same recipe with half kg meat not with 1 kg meat.
