Yes, he has no limitations on running out of owls(his skills) the only debuff he has is his slow vault whenever you use an owl for a little while, While for perfumer she would easily run out of her perfumes.

I really like her, I once spamming "Perfumer is bae" in the global chat lmao. I'm currently using Seer and Mechanic, but sometimes depending on the maps or teammates, I would use Perfumer.
