Every year around Christmas this comes to mind for me. We used to check it out from our local library and it was hard to get because it was extremely popular. I personally love the Christ reference in the boys wounds...wounds of love. ❤️

It made my day to find this! Have (like others here) thought of this song randomly but throughout three decades. I saw this on TV, and sang a mangled version with other kids ("Building a wall to protect yourself/Building a wall to protect our health!") while we built forts. Really? That is incrediable this had a vinyl release because to me it was just some music I heard on a special cartoon as a kid , but clearly the music was outstanding and unforgettable. Wonderful piece of art this is
