I would get the Sega Saturn version of Street Fighter: The Movie because the game plays a lot smoother on the Saturn. The PS1 version has a lot of bugs in it.

I actually really like the actual gameplay of this game. Feels like Super Street Fighter 2, and I'm totally cool with that. The graphics are really the major issue with this game. While they're so bad that it gives the game a certain low budget charm, they should've been massively better. The arcade version looks better by a mile, and the Saturn definitely couldve run those graphics. On the other hand, the soundtrack to this game is absolutely STELLAR. I honestly think it's one of the better CAPCOM soundtracks--not kidding. I've bought and sold this game many times because I can never decide if it's worth having, but overall, it is. It plays well and the OST rocks all day.
